Reporting progress

Our reporting processes are designed to provide timely and quality information about your child's learning.

At the beginning of term 1 your child will bring home a parent information sheet where you are able to fill in details of your child's needs and interests. This assists class teachers in understanding your child's learning needs and your aspirations for them in the coming year.

At the end of term 1 and 3 a portfolio of work samples is sent home for your child. These samples covering a range of curriculum areas will include annotated statements indicating your child's progress relative to their class mates and the expected curriculum level.

The portfolios are supported by opportunities to meet with your child's class teacher at key times during the year.
3 Way conferences are held twice yearly at all class levels so that all children can share their learning outcomes with parents.

  • 3 way conferences end of term 1
  • 3 way conferences week 5 of term 3

Written reports are issued at the end of the year.

All staff are available at other times to discuss your child's learning
