Fees

At Pinehill School, we are committed to maintaining high-quality facilities, resources, and educational programs for all our students. While we receive Government funding, it is based on an “Equity Index” that reflects the socio-economic status of our community. Each year there is a significant funding shortfall between the funding the Ministry of Education provides and what is required to deliver our excellent educational programme. 

Our school unfortunately does rely on donations from families.  The support received helps every single child, especially when it comes to Teacher Aides who provide targeted group work with children in class.

The donations also help provide additional educational items such as ICT equipment (computers, ipads, digital devices and software). 

For 2026, the donation is $220 per student. This donation is tax-deductible and considered a charitable contribution. Receipts for donations can be easily accessed through your Kindo account. If you wish to claim this donation on your tax return, a claim form can be downloaded by visiting www.ird.govt.nz and searching for IR526.

We greatly appreciate your ongoing support, as it directly benefits every student at Pinehill School.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT

Kindo is the school’s method of payment. It is important that you are registered so you are able to place orders and payments moving forward.  Your child’s stationery, school donation, fees and sport registration/fees can be viewed and paid through Kindo.
