Inspiring active learners and leaders who make a difference

Jess Mills

Tēnā koutou katoa. I have recently returned home to New Zealand after living and teaching in the United States for the past four years. My journey into teaching started in 2017 after I graduated from The University of Auckland.

As an educator, I believe in equipping students with the skills to become resilient, confident problem-solvers who are curious about the world around them. I strive to create a classroom environment that is inclusive and supportive, and I understand the importance of strong partnerships with whānau.

Outside of education, I enjoy hiking with my husband and dog, exploring farmers markets, cooking and reading.

I am so excited to join the team at Pinehill School and get to know the community!

You can contact me at anytime should you have any questions, concerns or would like to chat more about your child’s learning or social needs.
